The Victoria Show Anniversrsary
The Victoria Show, launched in December 2024 under the EMPOWER-U Project, is a digital and community-driven movement addressing Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in Nigeria through storytelling, survivor advocacy, and technology. Inspired by a survivor whose journey symbolizes resilience, the initiative responds to the rising cases of physical and digital abuse affecting 1 in 3 women nationwide.
The Victoria Show reflects JUWACI’s mission to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to transform their lives and communities. Together, The Victoria Show and JUWACI’s broader efforts reinforce a shared vision: a world where every person is safe, valued, and empowered to thrive. Through awareness, advocacy, and collective action, both platforms work hand-in-hand to inspire lasting, positive change.
